Yes. The trial starts at Stripe's secure checkout with a card. Nothing is charged for the 14 days, the plan price is charged when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from Subscription in the app.

Everything. Whichever plan you start, for the 14 days you can open every screen and every report, payroll included, so you judge the whole product. When the trial ends and you subscribe, you keep what your plan contains; the rest is locked or hidden, and you can add it later. Payroll is an add-on you choose separately.

Per business, with users included: 5 on Starter, 5 on Standard, 6 on Pro, 5 on the Amazon plan. Seat friction is what makes people share logins, and a shared login destroys the audit trail an accountant relies on. More seats are available; ask us rather than buying blind.

A certified practice's first company is free while it holds at least one company pack. Clients who already use SeroBooks connect to you at no cost to you, because they pay for their own. For clients who have no software, you add companies in packs: 5 for $200 a month, 10 for $300 a month, 20 for $500 a month, 50 for $1,000 a month, 100 for $1,500 a month, 200 for $2,500 a month. Packs stack, and you can move up to a bigger one at any time and see the credit for your unused months before you pay. Each company has your plan's features, with one user and one location. Register your practice and we will confirm your certification.

No plan includes payroll. It is an add-on, priced by how many people you pay: up to 5 for $25 a month, up to 10 for $45 a month, up to 20 for $80 a month, up to 50 for $175 a month, up to 100 for $300 a month, up to 200 for $500 a month, up to 500 for $1,000 a month, up to 1000 for $1,500 a month, up to 2000 for $2,000 a month. Employees are counted across all of your companies, so one tier covers a whole practice. Payroll is for Canada and the United States, with T4 and W-2 slips and a pay run that reaches the ledger exactly once.

Yes. The first 100 customers get 35% off for as long as they stay subscribed. After them, new customers get a smaller discount on their first year, and we run dated sales through the year that give a new customer their first year at the sale's rate. It is applied for you at checkout: there is no code to find. You get the larger of the discounts you qualify for, never two. The discount applies to your whole order: the plan, company packs and payroll, in the same checkout and later, for as long as your offer lasts.

Yes. Amazon is an add-on that works with any plan, $49.99 a month or $499 a year: settlements, fees, marketplace taxes and returns posted into your books. No plan includes it, so nobody pays for it twice or gets it by accident. Ask us and we add it to your subscription.

Yes, on every plan. Annual is ten months for twelve: $799.9 against $959.88 on Starter, $1,190 against $1,428 on Standard, $1,590 against $1,908 on Pro, $1,500 against $1,800 on the Amazon plan. Annual plans are billed for the whole year when the trial ends.

Upgrading opens the extra features immediately and changes nothing already in your books. The plan decides what is available, never what is already recorded.

These are the prices today. If we change the price list, a subscription you already have keeps the price it started at; the new price applies to people who subscribe after the change.
