Do I need an accountant to set it up?
No, though many owners like their accountant to check the opening balances. The Getting Started guide in the app walks through company information, chart of accounts, sales tax, customers, vendors, items and opening balances.
Can my bookkeeper log in?
Yes. Add them as a user with a role that gives exactly the access they need.
